Unlocking potential requires that the individual realises their capacity and dares to take action and essentially changing their behaviour.

Such a journey means exploring factual knowledge, experiental learning through exercises and hands-on tasks, reflection, and sharing your learning journey as well as immediately taking the first step in your recently acquired new skills.

To achieve such a result, facilitation is required rather than sole teaching or coaching skills. 

With my background in guiding and scouting I have developed and explored my facilitation skills that combine teaching and coaching into a non-formal edcuational tool with which to tackle even complicated matters such as violence prevention.
