HEART

"Without passion, nothing happens; without compassion, the wrong things happen."  says Jan Eliasson, Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations.

Having your heart in the right place and listen to it is what I might add to that quote. My work is based on valuebased leadership. Valuebased leadership means that you as a leader are aware of your values and can act upon them. As a valuebased leader you are prepared to live by your values and lead by example. It requries indepth self reflection and a broadened an deepened understanding of diversity.

For me, it is about leading from the heart, with compassion and dedication to leave every place a little better than you found it.
