I don't believe in leadership that has one leader that everyone follows. We are too diverse for that to even be realistic. I do however believe in a leader sowing seeds of change. To help individuals to experience certain ideas and concepts that can grow within them and help them to take action for a just and equal society.

In order to live together sustainably we have to change the way we live and lead our lives. Nobody likes to be told that they have to change. We have to experience the importance of that change to make it happen. This is where the seeds of change theory comes in. As a leader you sow those seeds, you create trust in the people that you work with, and help those seends to grow.
