Volvo Environment Prize

Felt like a fish in the sea (in all aspects of the idiom) at the award ceremony for the Volvo Environment Prize last night - great conversations on and off stage about education, sustainable development and education for the same, inspiration and of course how we can save the ocean each and every day.

The laureate, Prof Rashid Sumaila, was such an inspiration through his research but also how he will use the prize in the future.

My personal take away for bluer days - “You’re sharp - and warm, not many people can do that”. Like a fish in water, I’m glad people could tell.
